Shipping & Returns
All shipping is free within the UK and we use 'Royal Mail First Class Signed For' service to send your silk scarf.
Worldwide shipping is charged at £13 and European shipping at £10. If your order is over £300, shipping is free, use the code FREESHIP300 at the checkout.
Duty and customs charges on any order values and destinations are the responsibility of the buyer.
We hope that you love your silk scarf purchase, but, if for any reason you change your mind, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of you receiving your scarf (we extend this at Christmas to 21 days). Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase and we will provide a returns address. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the scarf is returned in the same perfect, re-sellable condition in which it was dispatched (this means unworn, undamaged and in original packaging), with a copy of the invoice included in the parcel. The cost and responsibility of returning goods lies with the buyer and we suggest a tracked or recorded shipping service with the appropriate insurance option. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the loss in value will be deducted from the refund, at the discretion of Harlig.
Refunds are offered minus original shipping cost.
We do not accept order cancellations.
